Description
Lady felt a connection to the crimson towers on the horizon. Was it their resemblance to herself? Whatever it was, they drew her on ... like a summons. Through tall forests of dew-covered grass, across the barren gray rock plain she pressed on until she stood at the base of the emerald pedestal. The ruby orbs rose above her, dripping in the sweet essence only the smallest of creatures can perceive. There was nothing left to do but ascend. Using the last of her strength against gravity, she climbed the stalk to the rich red sphere, up to the pale lip of the bloom and toppled headfirst into sweet oblivion.
